Greg, the Account Executive for the US customers at the East Coast, gets an Excel File in September where he has to estimate the expected revenue for his top customers in the next year. It’s quite difficult for him to estimate the numbers so early and he prefers being able to readjust the numbers later in the year and also during the year. With the App4Forecast he has now an easy to use UI where he gets an overview of all the relevant planning figures, e.g. actuals from the past 2 years, budget of the actual year and the system forecast for the next year, over all his customers and on the individual customer level. Greg can now directly adjust the forecast figures on the customer level. He appreciates that the adjustments can be done any time and he started to include this step in his sales process. He does not receive any Excel files to update anymore and the demand forecast is permanently updated in the App4Forecast.
